Surroundings
The farmhouse is situated in a privileged rural and livestock environment in Serra de Daró, in the heart of Empordanet, just 15 minutes from the beach by car and a few kilometres from the Montgrí Natural Park, the Medes Islands and the Lower Ter.
An ideal place for active and sustainable tourism, offering activities such as hiking, cycling, climbing, golf, padel and scuba diving.
Villages of L'Empordanet
This small area of the Baix Empordà region, nicknamed L'Empordanet by the celebrated writer Josep Pla, brings together many charming villages with beautiful landscapes, a marvellous natural wealth and a heritage well worth discovering. Here are some of the villages you simply must not miss in this part of the province of Girona.
Monells
A charming town built around its old castle, of which only the walls still stand. A village full of history and charm that retains its covered main square and its unique Gothic buildings.
Pals
Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages on the Costa Brava. Cobbled streets, Gothic buildings and a unique charm. Its medieval village, its castle and its church are well worth a visit, but the best plan is to wander its ancient streets and savour the aroma and history.
Torroella de Montgrí
Torroella de Montgrí is one of the must-see destinations in L'Empordanet. Nature, beaches, history, culture and much more can be found in this beautiful town, crowned by its castle and full of possibilities.
Serra de Daró
Serra de Daró is a small agricultural village of around 200 inhabitants, covering an area of 8 km² and situated at an altitude of 15 metres. It is a settlement nestled in the natural environment, has a restaurant and is close to the River Ter.
Montgrí Natural Park, the Medes Islands and the Baix Ter
Observing the depths of the seabed around the Medes Islands is like stepping back in time and savouring the floral, faunal and scenic richness of an ecosystem still intact and balanced. Montgrí offers us a unique natural site where human influence has left an exceptional cultural legacy.

Begur and the beaches of the Costa Brava
Begur is one of the most interesting coastal municipalities on the Costa Brava. It is built around a series of hills known as the Begur Massif, where you will find a medieval castle that is the town's emblem, and lies beside an extensive coastline bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, made up of eight coves and small beaches offering a breathtaking landscape.
